This quiet home is just 10 steps to a natural white sand beach along the crystal clear blue waters of Lake Wentworth in Wolfeboro New Hampshire.
This side of the lake boasts the most beautiful sunsets in New Hampshire, water so clear you can see forever, and a sandy bottom out into the lake as far as the eye can see. Makes for a swimmers paradise. Great for family vacations. All about the beach!

THREE BEDROOMS SLEEPS 8
This lakefront home features two bedrooms with 3 beds each (one bunk per room) and the master bedroom with king bed or two twin beds.
NO SMOKING on the property.
WIFI AND TV
This home is fully WIFI enabled with flat screen TV in the main living room and second tv on the enclosed porch.
DOG FRIENDLY
Located at the end of a dirt road, and with about 1/2 acre of space (including beach) there is plenty of room for responsible dog owners to bring their companions.
ONE AND ONE HALF BATHS
Convenience abounds with one and one half baths, full washer/dryer, dishwasher, trash compactor, and appliances. Outdoor grill.

Warren Heath is adjacent to the dead-end property providing miles of kayaking and canoeing. See eagles, loons, and many other species of birds in this unspoiled natural waterway.

June Weekly Rate: $2500 plus $125 cleaning. Includes linens.
June Weekend Rate: $350/night; Minimum of 3 nights plus $200 cleaning. Includes linens.
Fall Season Sept 21-Oct 14. Weeknights $250. Weekend nights. $300. Minimum of 4 nights plus $200 cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
50% Non-refundable Deposit due with Reservation.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
+ Refundable Security Deposit to be discussed at time of reservation.
